Have you been sticking to your New Years Resolution and staying active? Many of us have been working extra hard in the gym this year and have even noticed some changes in our physiques. However, with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, all gyms and recreational facilities are closed. This does not mean we should neglect our fitness goals, nor does it mean that we should succumb to the quarantine snacks that we have stocked up on. Several trainers and fitness enthusiasts have begun to offer free at-home workouts on their Instagram pages.
My favorite trainer, @xxcocochanel on Instagram, has been posting daily full-body workouts on her page. She uses her furniture, gallons of water, and many other items that can be found right in your home for her workouts. I encourage you all to stay active and to check out her Instagram page. Happy sweating!
