Food is very important to living your best life. Food Heaven Made Easy is a multimedia platform that recognizes that. The platform is designed by two Black women who are registered dietitians and certified diabetes educators with Master’s in nutrition. In order “to transform how people eat and to help people make peace with food,” the website has a blog, recipes, podcast episodes and a newsletter. Some of the topics on the website are: detox diet, mindful eating, busting food myths and food for healthy hair. The resources don’t end there; there are also recommended books and ebooks on the site. Click the link above to check it out!
