Today, we recommend the video of the October 1st panel event hosted by the Center for the Study of Human Health titled “Race and Reproductive Justice”. This was the first in the 2020-2021 series “Race, Ethnicity, and Health”. Our panelists discussed what Reproductive Justice is and how it relates to human rights, medical access, and health. Moderated by Human Health faculty member Dr. Jennifer Sarrett and News Team member Adaora Ntugoku with panelists Rebecca Shansami-Ellis from Emory’s School of Nursing, Dázon Dixon Diallo from SisterLove, and Monica Simpson from Sister Song.

You can watch the video below or at this link, where you can also register for our next event in the “Race, Ethnicity, and Health” series for which we have Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health Dr. Shivani Patel who is going to talk about disparities in COVID-19.
